I was so happy to stay at this hotel for 5 days. Everyone was kind, very professional in the lobby including Shelby & Ms. Pappion! One night they had complimentary cookies & they were amazing yum! This place is clean, and has no odors or staleness of any kind. In our room I was impressed they had full bottles of chemical free shampoo, conditioner & lotion & plenty towels, etc. They serve breakfast and stop early at 9am. I wish it was until 10am because we were so comfortable in the bed we slept in a few nights. Pretty kid friendly. I hope to visit again very soon because they have great customer service here.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for many years! Johnny always makes sure that our stay is outstanding. We stay here before and after cruising ( yes, of course we could stay on the island, however we would not get the same feeling of home.) When we come to the Houston / Galveston area we stay here, because we know we're going to have an excellent stay. Clean, courteous and caring! Thanks Johnny!!

Clean, super quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast bar was average, but aren't they all these days? The front desk staff were quick and professional. Really, the only negative is that one of their lobby couches needed to be replaced. The cushion looked like an animal scratched the whole seat cushion.

A big thank you to Destiny at the front desk and all the staff that kept the place looking good. I was nervous at first given the reviews but it’s a Hilton property so I took the chance. Glad I did. First day I was there they had had an appreciation bbq thing. Nice touch. Rooms were shockingly big and stocked. The common areas were very clean. The deck is a little tight but the pool with an attached spa is sweet. The gym is legit and has towels. I’ll be returning. I travel a lot for work and for the price I haven’t found a better deal around Houston. One negative aspect is the location. It takes an hour and a half to get to downtown on the bus

Quick one night trip. Shelby at the front desk was the ideal agent. Quick, efficient and kind. Zero hassle and after a long journey that is exactly what I want. Johnny was also excellent for check out. Great room, safe location, will be staying again.

Our go to place when we’re going to be in town. Large, spacious rooms. Hotel in a whole is always so clean, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating.

I have to acknowledge the kindness and heart work of your whole service team. Mia and Gerald both went out of their way to help me with a question. That shows their high level of customer service expertise. And I also have to acknowledge the housekeeping team for an exceptionally great job. One of the few hotel rooms I've stayed in where I feel it was completely clean. I'll definitely be back!
